Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Chili Technology Inc ("we", "us", "our"), operating Chili Technology at chiliths.com from 1312 17th Street, Suite 962, Denver, CO 80202, USA, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our website, contact us, or engage us for cloud or advertising services.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact form data: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the message you send us, and a securely hashed password if you register an account.
- Service & engagement data: technical details about the environments we work on (cloud accounts, infrastructure inventory, ad account access), project records, invoices and payment arrangements. Payment is made by bank transfer after an advisor confirms your engagement; we do not collect card numbers online.
- Technical & usage data: session identifiers that keep your cart and login working between pages, plus aggregated analytics about which pages are visited and which service enquiries come from our advertising.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver cloud and advertising services.
- To arrange invoicing and bank-transfer payment, and to keep engagement records.
- To provide technical support, reporting and account management.
- To send essential messages about your engagement, and — only with your consent — occasional news about our services.
3. How we store & protect it
Your data is stored on secured servers in the United States with restricted, role-based access and encryption in transit. Passwords are hashed with strong one-way algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Client cloud and advertising credentials are held in a dedicated secrets manager under least-privilege access, never in shared documents or source code. We retain engagement and invoice records as long as needed to provide service and meet legal and tax obligations, and we delete or anonymise data that is no longer required. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart as you browse. We may also use measurement cookies — such as Google Analytics — to understand aggregated traffic, and advertising cookies set by Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our own campaigns and to show relevant ads. Advertising and measurement cookies are used only where permitted, and you can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you disable essential cookies, the cart and account features will not work correctly.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share only the information necessary to run our services — for example with our banking provider to match your bank transfer to your invoice, with cloud hosting providers that operate the infrastructure we manage for you, and with Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for measurement and advertising. These providers act under their own published privacy terms and, where we control the processing, under contractual obligations to use your data solely to provide those services. We do not share your data with data brokers, and we disclose information only where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete — request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Object / withdraw consent — for any optional processing such as marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@chiliths.com. We respond within 30 days.
